Sickness

Occupational Sick Pay is calculated on a rolling 12-month basis based upon the employees entitlement ( based on length of service T&C). When an employee takes sickness-related leave, the system reviews the 12 months before the first day of their absence. The entitlement is then determined by deducting any sick pay already used within that period. If no sickness-related absence has occurred in the past 12 months from the first day of the current absence, the employee will receive their full sick pay entitlement.
